The brand was established in year 1987 with its first ever retail outlet in Hong Kong, and was listed on the stock exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1993. In Malaysia, Bossini’s first retail outlet was launched in 2005.

Over the years, Bossini has rapidly established extensive international operating platform and distribution network in about 30 countries and regions worldwide, with its core markets in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia.
